Yes it is true, your points are relevant - but not timely.

1. Peru has been addressed - there is more to come but not at present.
2. The board changes have also been addressed - there will be more, I'm sure, when the right people are available and the need is great. Remember Rick Rule's rules, the right people are vital to success, that means guys who have had success, not like ones who have passed us by.
3. Majors are sniffing around. They always do, then they will want to lick our cores before they sit down to eat. The time is not yet right.
