Sure, but from a sales perspective "FDA approved" will no doubt carry a lot of weight in the consumers mind.
I am with you on the reference to the 'it not being a drug' aspect, but it will serve it's purpose as has been seen by the SP remaining ~25% above the PRO issue price upon the release of that ANN. Again, bravo management on a solid play.
