I've got a buy in at 4.9c but I don't think it will go that low. If anything, the fact that so many regulars had money tied up in bpay has helped the price stay down in the last 2 says. It would probably be a few points higher today if some much cash wasn't in limbo. I think the run up after the T+2 next Friday will be stronger than this one.
