Mr. David (Nick) Castleden, was appointed Non-Executive Director of Erin Resources 12^th May 2014. His “Non-Executive Directorship’ status was removed by the appointment of Dr Ross Walker.30^th November last year.

ASX and Corp law requires the reporting of ex directors for a period of 6 month following change of status / resignation. I dare say the removal of Nick from the MGC website will take place within the next few days or so.

ASX compliance requires no less than two Australians Directors to be on a Company board.

No directors have sold shares as they are escrowed for 2 years………… 30^th Nov 2017
