Based on the proxy results presented by the Chairman I suggest the Scheme will be voted in the positive and if ultimately the court finds in favour of Mayne Pharma, shareholders will receive $7.40 cash per share from Cosette.
A number of retail shareholders put up a good fight but alas it seems the decision is done and dusted. The only impediment would be a rejection by the Treasurer on a 'National Interests' basis.
