I dont get why it has to be $5 after consolidation? They have specifically stated that they are consolidating as financiers have stated that is what they require. It may go up or down immediately after consoidation but again if you believe in the management and company, who cares what happens in the immediate short term. I believe (depending on announcements and market conditions) MGT can get back to $200-300m MC once the go forward case has been decided on.
in your opinion what is the alternative to consolidation. Don't consolidate, never get funding, management gives up etc. Not too sure how this option would help the share price.
