    i would be pretty happy with a 20 for one consolodation that would give us about 200 mil soi
    at about 35 to 30 cps and makes them reasonably liquid, 50 for 1 sh would give us 80 mil soi at about 90 cps to illiquid for mine could easily raise 90 mill without putting too many shares out there at 20 for 1 consol
