In this environment, what is the gaurantee that we will get funding after the consolidation? Given there will be no change in the fundamentals, will institutional investors just invest because we will have a lower SOI? Does having a lower SOI increase the feasibility of MGT going on to mining?

In my thought, the investors are more likely to invest if we have a leaner mgmt with a lower cash burn rate that just having a lower SOI.

And If we don't get the funding and the mgmt keeps paying it self high salaries then which way will the SP head.
