I’m confident the three new directors will do what they believe is best for shareholders. If there are buyers offering worthwhile sums for the divisions then they will break the Company up. Why wouldn’t they? The only question is whether buyers will be prepared to pay what the major shareholders are prepared to accept. That’s the only reason Somers have taken a major holding imo. And they started buying at 50cps in Feb so I’m thinking they are expecting to realise a better aggregate price than that ...
