Just sat in on the AGM. Largely procedural but wanted to eyeball existing and new directors. All resolutions went in line with Forager’s published intentions except Remuneration report has not been announced as it seems to be counted separately? Votes already cast were approx 60M votes against the reumeration report and only 2M for it. Presumably still circa 100M votes to be officially counted from major shareholders.

Interesting that all existing directors have announced their intention to resign (although they haven’t said when) and that a search will be done for replacement directors (presumably overseen by a combo of the new and existing directors). The Chairman commented that there are considerations re maintaining a valid number of independent directors thru this process.

Hopefully the start of brighter times for shareholders!
