Just sat in on the AGM. Largely procedural but wanted to eyeball existing and new directors. All resolutions went in line with Forager’s published intentions except Remuneration report has not been announced as it seems to be counted separately? Votes already cast were approx 60M votes against the reumeration report and only 2M for it. Presumably still circa 100M votes to be officially counted from major shareholders.

Thanks for the update. REM was well and truly defeated. Any idea of when strategy review outcome will be announced? Any other discussions/insights?
