I beg to differ with you both GE and Mkr. Do you really want the same old directors interpreting and implementing the strategic review? I suspect finalisation of the review was paused pending the AGM and appointment of new directors. Possibly for new directors to have some input?

Surely it's better to wait until at least the three new directors are on board and have had time to speak with management and properly review the books and the various operations. Better to wait another month or two and (hopefully) give new directors a chance to do a good job ...
