    The convertible note issued to Hamish Brown on 24 August for $1m matures on 24 February 2024

    Based on current prices he would get on a conversion about 59m shares (approx 12%) which take his holding to about 30% of the company and basically control without having to make a takeover offer.

    The company can pay him back in cash but it needs a spare $1m to do that.
