Yep when they wanted cash it was:
1) Positive Cash flow by the end of year,
2) Innovative technologies to produce concentrate underground
3) Tickety boo corporate governance
4) We will have enough money to pay back Hamish Brown's $1m convertible note in December?

Now its:
1) ah shucks, maybe we will generate some cash soonish, possibly
2) We are still working on how we process ore but hay we may be able to stockpile some dirt
3) I can't manage corporate governance, i have the NZX , and ASX up my wazoo with queries about my shoddy work and so i am going to spit the dummy and delist off the ASX;
4) hamish who, what cash.... ?

Keep moon walking Sheriff, keep moon walking ..... hopefully all the way out the door, you wont be missed.
