No sign of a dividend. They could have at least mentioned some intention to pay one in 2024. And this statement is quite worrying for me: "Acquisition search to intensify.". They have increased the urgency on their wording.
Basically they are looking to not pay investors their profits (or pay only a small amount), and instead, they are looking to reinvest all profits into another operation so that management may stay gainfully employed and collect a cheque.
Given the lackluster share price, management should be buying back shares and/or paying dividends, not spending money.
I have raised this with management on email multiple times and have been ignored. I will try to ask the question at the AGM today.
