Just to clarify a few statements from AGM. Just after JW was speaking about funding of Karabib taking priority to the integrated project funding solution, to generate free cash flow, he stated,
”In parallel we are working on funding. We have a confidential agreement that has a sunset date 31 Dec this year which gives us the confidence to say, we expect to have a structure and commitment in place by the end of this year.”
I took that to mean that an alternate funding solution exists and is only on the table till the end of the year. AD gotv will need to get a move on if they want to be involved or we take the alternate solution which more than likely has an equity component attached.
