Thanks Autosime. I think it's an expectation that corporations have safe practice. I am really looking for strategic differences with incoming management team
. I think this company may have a plod along culture because certain employees may be resistant to a new outlook. I hope I am wrong but the new team have to be change management aligned and from my experience this is one of the hardest things to achieve, especially if employees are attached to old leadership operandi.
