A further point is that a year ago, the DRP takeup was 40 per cent: it then rose to 44, and lately has increased further to 47pc.
This gives the company access to more capital so it can continue to grow.
IIRC, of the minority of listed companies with active DRPs, takeup rates may be as low as 15 per cent, so 47 per cent is an outstanding result. It shows some SH have faith in the Directors to steer the company to an increased NPAT and with that EPS, hopefully continuing to grow (as is the forecast for FY24) at greater than CPI.
