I hate it when we are left out in the cold while management hires a small army of backend workers, brings a fox into the henhouse and gives themselves a bonus payout for doing their job. I think we should be commended for being selfless in wanting a buyback as opposed to a dividend payout. It's like property. I don't sell property...ever. Something that was drummed into me from a young age. Once you get out it's very hard to get back in again. Where am I going with this, NE is where I'm going we need to keep it and develop it over the years. If we can make money and hedge our dependency from Thailand, is that a bad thing?

I'm NOT in a hurry.

A lot of people are here for the dividend (me included).

The company has been a dividend payer over the years.

A dividend and buybacks when they get in the right position financially is what they should do.

I definitely agree with keeping NE. Maybe a 50/50 partnership deal with a company like Goldfields is the way to go.
