Obviously the strong interest they have been talking about for so long has not resulted in any strong offers .
Most of the reserves are in gas is a major part of the problem .
What they need is a big and sustained increase in the gas price .
Not sure why they need an exploration team still on the payroll .
If they are making a return of capital they are certainly not going exploring .
I think the strategic holder has vetoed that ?
I cannot remember seeing a large share holder described like that .
Is it common ?
