EZL are using cash & investments when calculating EV. Restricted cash is excluded. Cash on hand and ASX margin requirement are included. Financials assets at fair value (current assets) and investments at fair value (non current assets) are included. Its all there in the annual report.
FY24- Cash and Investments = $92.3m
AGM Update- Cash and Investment = $96.9m
The EV they used in the AGM presentation is accurate and does not include restricted cash.
