No one incorporates non-current assets into the calculation of Enterprise Value.
And awhile a slim minority of people are at liberty to custom design their own versions of Enterprise Value using current assets, the convention used by just about everyone else excludes even current financial assets.
For example, In EZL's case, 80% of current assets are held in unlisted securities. No one would treat that as cash-in-hand or near-cash - which is the definition required for estimating EV - given the uncertainty around mark-to-market values as well as liquidity considerations.
