Passing strange ...notwithstanding a coherent and tight Chairman's address today - nothing moved "The Needle"
Which raised the question "what will it take ?" ..i suspect that the answer is - "Change"....the management provided that the upside is of a scale to attract world-class executive/s with proven record of success ..and still leave some 'delta' for long-suffering shareholders .
