Hmmm, Its on page 4, Annual General Meeting 2024, headed Chairman's Address, which was sent to the ASX prior to the meeting????
A very good statement, and most salient points are:
Moving EWC away from its reliance on EWI and Slipform.
Divesting its upstream oil and gas developments and focus on its downstream operations in its LNG and power.
A new board to be appointed next week to reflect its independence from its major shareholder, and the skillset required to execute its downstream operations.
Looks like there has been significant progress in both Indonesian and Phillipines assets in the last 4 months.
Australian Assets to be divested.
All good stuff and I looking forward to seeing the names of new board members and their allegiances.
