BFS Key Points
- Looking for strategic partners to partner with project and assist funding BFS.
- Need to complete current drilling program and include the most recent inputs to analysis of the route to market as part of presentation to prospective partners.
- December 2023 - market soundings with prospective partners coinciding with December 2023 drilling results in the Fold Zone.
- March Qtr. 2024 - enter Strategic Investor Process with a smaller group of ‘qualified investors'.
- June Qtr. 2024 - targeted completion of selection of preferred partner and final agreement terms.
- Have sufficient funds and resources available to enable the Company to reach the point at which we have received substantive feedback from prospective strategic investors and the results from our current drilling program.
All in all this is a pretty reasonable timeframe for the BFS IMO given the scale and complexity of it all.
Further exploration potential if/when we have a partner on board is massive.
Billion-dollar operation to get this all up and running so negotiation is critical.
