Thanks sequen, however it appears the good folks at HC don't appreciate my "colourful" style.

Mr Robert Hubbard elected to retire after the SoA (Scheme of Arrangement) from Macquarie was rejected by shareholders.

Mr Martin Kriewaldt was brought in after a long & detailed selection process by the board, however was perhaps too bureaucratic in style and was not supported well by some of the large shareholders. He chose to retire from the board, and during his tenure chose to replace Mr Richard Cottee with Mr Leon Devaney as the MD.

Mr Wrix Gasteen fulfilled the position admirably and with neither any large issues, nor share price improvement. After more than 8 long and self-sacrificing years he too chose to retire, after many large shareholders encouraged the newly appointed non-executive director Mick.McCormack to be given the role.
