Very reasonable rhetoric and sensible decisions of choosing to lose a bit of market to remain profitable in the current market. The number of competitors going broke is a good indication why all builders who can remain in business over this testing period will prosper in the end. Fewer competitors in an under supplied market must surely be winners. Best of all they are debt free.
