Phosphate rock is a finite resource world wide.
Agriculture must use this product as priority to maintain production levels in conjunction with Potash and Nitrogen(Urea produced from gas, oil or coal reserves).

There are significant Potash resources around the globe. TRH, FMJ etc. are all new deposits of massive magnitude.

There are no significant Phosphorus reserves (To my knowledge).
The phosphate deposit in Queensland has a background radiation count that has some genetics experts worried.

A population of now 7 Billion on earth.
The value of this resource will begin to become obvious.

If CNL bring this into production, and I have no reason to expect that they will not, then in three years time the value of the resource will be much greater and the cash flow earned will be very healthy.

CNL may not be a short term bull run but it will be a great Superannuation contributer.
