Chalice have the know how and they have done it already with Julimar. This is the reality of matters.

Instead of VMS drilling haphazardly with little to no knowledge, burning cash and further dilution through credit raises, it is better that CHN do all the planning and use their expertise for a more better chance in my opinion

In my opinion some may think that management sold too lightly.
My counter argument to this is if CHN do the drilling and spend the $4 million initially and go onto find something significant - how do you think the market will react to VMS if there is another similar discovery? If Chalice are worth nearly 2.5 billion now with their discovery, it's not off reality to think another $200-$300-$400 million may be added to VMS market cap.

It is essentially a free ride at the moment

Focus on Mt Lindsay and then the other projects which are nothing to be scoffed at as well.

Once a good cashflow is to be had then VMS can start picking off some of the juniors also to continue tribal domination - but this is much down the track!
