By the time I did my due diligence, thought about it, took the plunge, the SP had already run up quite a bit, so haven't really locked in any significant gains now that the price has been depressed (this is my third round of buying). Still believe in the fundamentals and the hypothesis still holds water. Hopefully Hartog development will give a second stage boost!
To pick up on your conspiracy theory, perhaps the price is being run down so that an excellent company can be picked up on the cheap by one of the majors/ PE-SPAC sharks looking to acquire?
