Noril'sk- Talnakh Cu-Ni-PGE deposits is looking more on the scale of this monster.
Not that surprising really if you consider the deposits around WA, Perth & Peel region.
Boddington the biggest gold mine in Aus,
Alcoa's Huntly mine site - second biggest bauxite globally.
Some of the biggest Mineral Sands, Silica Sands (soon) , Lithium mines, Iron Ore Ops globally.
This will just add to that list of having globally significant Cu-Ni-PGE et al. deposit in WA.
Treasurer will be wet over this.
