I dont think so - the hopefuls would be queuing up out the gate - plenty of examples of this in the Australian mining scene - there are always hopefuls with a better idea.
May I point out that the 95 billion AUD is today's in ground value - with the prices of nickel and palladium in the toilet.
Then there is the potential of further exploration success.
Perhaps the guys who do the FID's and DFS are away sick at the moment.
