Generally a late announcement allows Overseas investors in alternate time zones to become aware, so that on opening it's a level playing field.
I don't know the make up of WPG Share Register , it should be an interesting day, WPG shareholders need to value their shares more, sure the past 6 months has been difficult but as long as that Gold keeps coming , everyday WPG strengthens it's position and Value.
