How do you know the site required significant R&M? Do you think this exceeded their $300k spend requirement for 15% or did you go to site during the DD period?
I am sure GDM are assessing their funding requirements both current and future across their portfolio or near term production and medium term progression of other projects. These guys havent just come down in the last shower - a few of them appear to run successful businesses in their own right, have top of the town legal expertise and deep mining and engineering backgrounds.
my money is on them to succeed and take us shareholders along for the ride!
