Should be interesting when and if this goes to court. I would imagine WPG will kick the can down the road as far as possible. They were always going to come up with a counter claim slightly higher than Pybar's claim.
To put this in perspective 9 million is equivalent to approx 5,500 ounces of gold at $1650 or the profit from 22,500 ounces if we allow the generous margin of $400 per ounce. The outcome from this is going to have a big bearing on WPG's potential debt load going forward. 11 mil debt is better than 20 mil debt. I am not a lawyer nor do I know the details of Pybar's contract but I eagerly wait developments.
