WPG would only be taking the action recommended by their legal council, Judges are pretty smart and deal with these issues on a daily basis. They will also look at track record, if Pybar are constantly in court defending the same actions it wont reflect well for them, plus gaining future customers becomes difficult when your previous clients are taking legal action. WPG can also demonstrate the exact date of SP decline from the day Pybar took action, if the claim is frivolous WPG may be able to claim significant damages . Both Parties will have to open their books to forensic accountants, if Pybar had a strategy to destabilise or weaken WPG through Share sales it will become apparent...and then you may see some criminal action taken,,,and that means individuals not a company façade.
