Totally agree is all about the contract and was work performed to the standard of what is written in the contract. Nothing else. I have no idea about pybars times in court but it has nothing to do with this case. I disagree with Golddigit in regard to Pybar causing the issue however i dont have anything tangable to form a view either way on the operational performance of pybar. I will say that WPG has been great a demonising Pybar. Is WPGs comments fact or a survival tactic. One thing we all seem to agree on is that WPG needed theae invoices to go into duspute. The question is why. The judge will sought that out.
