Of course they were going to appeal,what else are CHM going to do..work on their tenements ???
I dont think so,they are a vehicle for legal action only with a sugar daddy on board who makes his living chasing distressed and undervalued assets so as long as they have money in the kitty appeal it is.
This means another 2 years of court.
