Realistically the permit isn't going to happen next week - it doesn't matter where you are in the world, getting the approval from the department, then them getting it over to the minister and him then signing off on it isn't going to happen in a week or two. Ministers always have a lot of work to do, and they usually spend a lot of time stuck in that place called parliament.
It will get there, but realistically I would say sometime in March.
