They will be desperate to come up with a feel good announcement to raise further funds or even attract a funding partner. But considering there is a surplus worldwide of idle projects there is no appetite for a huge exploration play in today's market. To fully drill this out , do feasibility , environmental studies you are looking at several hundred million.
