It's good to see that the share price of CYL is going up generally on fundamentals rather than going down on fighting persistent legal cases. Lorderyall in direct answer to your question is I don't know neither would CYL until after 5 days after the date of the announcement (where they can request from Automic) however the volume in particular suggests this may be the case or a cash up buyer (s) getting a more substantial foothold. I will request a shareholders registry form from CYL next week to find out.
