This re classification for CYL by ASX from an 'Explorer' to a 'Mining' may seem to be insignificant but I assure you being an ex Company Sec it is a big deal.
Firstly you must convince ASX that you are a going concern with mine life and funding for a significant duration with appropriate mining permits in place. Secondly a lot of the super fund charters in Australia prohibit their funds being invested in 'explorer' classified companies. The next milestone is to get into $400m market cap mining classification which triggers more funding from Super funds based on their charter. Well done CYL!
