    They would be quickly running out of cash. The SPP money would probably only get them through a few more months, so significant cost reductions are necessary until they win some big contracts. This will probably save $100,000 per quarter but they obviously still need another CR soon. Hopefully some of those trials turn into contracts before it is too late.
