When they announce the gold resource and that they can go quickly into production then this will go higher. They will make money on their shares. in the mean time the price is kept down buy big sell orders so they get cheaply issued shares.
They can use that cash to fund the Tala Hamza mine and just as zinc is coming into deficit and starting to move upwards. Buying the bottom of the cycle is always good.
