The rate this one is dropping, there may not be much left in February. The drop in cash remuneration has been replaced by disproportionate rights issues to the CEO. I guess at least she has a lot of skin in the game, so should be focussed on success for the company. Not a good look in a bull market however and the market doesn't often get it wrong.
