I think you're being a bit harsh! It's public record that the CEO hasn't received significant rem increases in the 7 years he's been in the role, even though the company is now twice the size and finally profitable. I suggest we're seeing a board that wants to keep the CEO, which is always a good thing from a shareholder perspective.
