STM have been weak on corporate & financial strategy for a long time and has cost us dearly. This adds to the strengthening that started with Duffy's april arrival and I take it as a real vote of confidence.
Welsh has been with SBM for 17 years, being CFO for the last couple, so to prise him away from there to join our journey on the Sunstone voyage is great news for us. SBM is a long established gold miner, so Welsh has said goodbye to secure employment with a big potential redundancy to join us without any of that security.
