How will revenue change when all those homes that potentially become unaffordable and are resold due to rising interest rates, I know brokers will be busy.
Add to the fact that all the news is telling us house prices will crash, pain is coming.
Yet so are the immigants.
Chinese students who used to live in China and are halfway through there degrees, must now study in Australia. Thats 40,000 people that need housing in the next 3 months in an incredibly tight market.
200,000 migrants comming in that need housing......
Thats all serious demand, it's an interesting thought process that has many twists and turns and will be interesting to see where we are at in 12 months.
If your contrarian, is the media creating a crisis, that will cause recent buyers to sell out of fear, causing a short term opportunity to buy property cheap that will easily be rented into a soaring rental market due to obvious demand that is plain as day, but not really being reported?
Never any garantees in this game, but look at the trading action on domain in december........
