I'm not 100% sure how the company organises itself, they obviously have no executive layer or managerial staff, just a Board of Directors. Fietz seems to lead the exploration side of things, receiving payment as a consultant for his work, but I'm not sure if there's anyone around to manage the day-to-day BAU stuff. For example, if the Tas dept of mining had a question about the drilling permit application, and sent that query to one of the directors, I'm not sure if they would respond in real-time, or wether they would need to wait a month or so until the next Board meeting before a response can be agreed
