The share price increase is directly correlated to the debt reduction, not personality related.

Although Mr Bolton has a profile not enjoyed by Mr Worrall it is the MD/CEO's that call the shots not non-executive directors.

The future share price will continue to react for better or worse to NTA verses debt ratios.

Your question should really ask who has more corporate financial experience, trust and impartiality, to look after your interest as a shareholder/owner of this company.

A 30 year old maverick with self interest as motivation?
(Although if those self interests align with yours it will be good luck, not astute planning, but a beneficial outcome for you none the less.)
Or a CEO with 37 years experience in leasing finance who's involvement with the company for the last 3 years to my mind has been with the best interests of all shareholder/stakeholders.
Each of us will make our own judgements accordingly.
